Troubleshoot for files not executing
For those who have there old desktops who would want to continue to keep them their ongoing pals.
I often face this issue on my system running Vista for the software downloaded, not executing when I try to run it or double click it. One solution to address it to right click on the .exe file and then select Properties. Once there at the bottom of the dialog box you can find an option named Unblock the file. Click the same OK and apply.
Execute and run the file and it would function now
